Many entertainment industry professionals have felt concerned about themselves over time. We know what it’s like to work hard, and play hard. We have used substances like alcohol to de-stress, celebrate, take the edge off. And, over time, we can find our work and play lives colliding. We can find our celebrations lasting longer and our parties affecting our work days. We may become concerned about whether our substance use, or that of someone we know, is normal or not.
